GoodSense ClubA network for a better world

Before you join

Membership terms

Nine points, written to be understood. These are the rules you accept on joining the Club: read them at your own pace — this is not a form to sign in the dark.

1. Membership declaration

By filling in the form and paying the membership fee, I declare that I wish to join GoodSense Club, which is made of people and of activities.

I understand that the Club is a mutual-help group founded on ethical and moral principles, whose purpose is to have members cooperate by building an internal circular economy.

2. How the system works

I accept and understand that:

  • When I help, free of charge, a person who is not a relative of mine, I may receive recognition in the form of GoodSense discount credits.
  • Credits are used only within the Club's network.
  • I can consult the official list to find the businesses that accept credits.
  • Participating businesses may accept credits for a share of between 10% and 40% of the value of the purchase.
  • Credits can be put back into circulation within the network to buy goods or services, or as an incentive.

3. Code of conduct

I undertake to:

  • Act in good faith, with a real intention to help others.
  • Not abuse the system and not create false records.
  • Not use the Club for illegal or deceptive activities.
  • Respect other members and follow the Club's rules.

The Club reserves the right to suspend or close a membership in case of improper conduct.

Read the Charter of Values →

4. What credits are (and are not)

I understand that GoodSense discount credits:

  • Are not legal tender: they are not money.
  • Do not represent money, financial securities or investment instruments.
  • Cannot be converted into cash.
  • Cannot in any way be sold, bought or exchanged — directly or indirectly — for any currency, traditional or digital.
  • Have value only because members freely accept them among themselves.

5. Responsibility

I accept that:

  • The Club is only the platform that puts members in touch.
  • The Club is not answerable for the quality of the goods or services exchanged.
  • The Club is not answerable for a refusal to accept credits.
  • The Club is not answerable for the agreements made between members.

Every exchange takes place under the direct responsibility of those taking part in it.

6. Taxes

Every member must, on their own account:

  • Check which tax obligations apply to them.
  • Declare any earnings according to the laws of their own country.

The Club does not provide tax or legal advice.

7. Membership fee

  • Membership involves an annual fee.
  • The fee is non-refundable.
  • The payment serves to activate the profile inside the Club.

Volunteers, organizations and businesses have different commitments and different costs, and there is a free trial period for everyone. See what it costs to take part.

8. Privacy

I authorise my data to be processed in order to:

  • Manage my membership.
  • Give me access to the platform.
  • Send me the Club's internal communications.

The data is not sold to anyone.

9. Final acceptance

By sending the membership request I declare that I have read and accepted all the terms above.

Joining the Club means taking part in a simple idea: helping each other for real. Here value comes from actions, not from money.

Do they work for you?

Then all that's missing is your request.
