1. Membership Declaration

By completing this form and paying the membership fee, I declare my intention to join the Goodsense Club of people and businesses.

I understand that the Club is a mutual support group based on ethical and moral principles, with the goal of fostering collaboration among members by creating an internal circular economy.

2. How the System Works

I accept and understand that:

  • When I help a person (not a relative) free of charge, I may receive recognition in the form of GoodSense Discount Vouchers
  • Vouchers can only be used within the Club network
  • I can consult the official directory to find businesses that accept vouchers
  • Participating businesses may accept vouchers for 10% to 40% of the sale value
  • Vouchers can be reused within the network to purchase goods or services or as incentives

3. Code of Conduct

I agree to:

  • Act in good faith and with a genuine intention to help others
  • Not abuse the system or create false recognitions
  • Not use the Club for illegal or deceptive activities
  • Respect other members and follow the Club rules

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of misconduct.

4. Nature of GoodSense Vouchers

I understand that:

  • GoodSense Vouchers are not legal tender
  • They do not represent money, financial securities, or investment instruments
  • They are not redeemable for cash
  • It is strictly prohibited to sell, buy, or exchange, directly or indirectly, GoodSense Vouchers for any currency (fiat or crypto)
  • Their value is based solely on voluntary acceptance among members

5. Liability

I accept that:

  • The Club acts only as a platform connecting members
  • The Club is not responsible for:
    • the quality of goods or services exchanged
    • refusal to accept vouchers
    • agreements between members

All transactions occur under the direct responsibility of the parties involved.

6. Tax Responsibility

Each member is responsible for:

  • verifying their own tax obligations
  • reporting any income according to the laws of their country

The Club does not provide tax or legal advice.

7. Membership Fee

Businesses agree that:

  • Membership require an annual fee
  • The fee is non-refundable
  • Payment is required to activate the business profile within the Club

8. Privacy

I authorize the processing of my data for:

  • membership management
  • platform access
  • internal Club communications

Data will not be sold to third parties.

9. Final Acceptance

By completing the following form, I declare that I have read and accepted all the above terms.

By joining the Club, you take part in a simple idea: helping each other for real.
