It will be a branch of Florida Read Dream LLC, created to provide a service to citizens, initially only in Clearwater and surrounding areas, for transporting independent people to run errands and bringing them back home safely.
For example, they will be accompanied to a medical appointment (or grocery shopping, physical therapy, etc.), the driver will wait, and they will be safely taken back home, always with the same companion/driver.
It will be a service for independent individuals who do not use a wheelchair or other walking aids.
It will not be a medical or emergency service.
The service will also be available for minors, to take them to school or bring them back home, always with the same trusted driver.
The key feature that distinguishes this service from Uber and similar services is that there will be no on-demand call to find a driver. It must be booked in advance; the same driver will always come, and each driver will be vetted for professionalism.
